Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery:

• We currently ship only within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping.
• Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and ship from Cincinnati, Ohio.
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its transit.
• We offer two shipping options: UPS Ground or USPS Priority Air, which is a 'Flat Rate' 3-5 day transit shipping option.
• For PayPal orders exceeding $250.00, a signature is required upon delivery. If you can't sign at the time of delivery, you must pick up your order at the local post office.
• Flat Rate shipping is insured up to $100.00. For insurance exceeding that amount, please choose UPS Ground.

Returns:

• We are a highly rated company, offering hassle-free returns.
• Orders may be returned within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund, minus shipping and gift-wrap charges (if applicable).
• To initiate a return, simply send the unopened product back to us in its original sealed packaging.
• Upon receipt of the product, you can expect a timely refund.
• Shipping charges will be deducted from the credit applied to your credit card if shipping was free for your order.
• Please note that we do not accept returns for testers.
• A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the bottle is not returned in its original packaging.
• We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost packages.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.
• Please allow up to 3-7 business days for a full refund.
